the Technical Direction has chosen a foundation system based on isolated footings in reinforced
HOUSING STRUCTURE AND POOL VESSEL:
The structure is defined as a stable, rigid and resistant ensemble in which calculations are based
on the CTE, through a reinforced concrete structure. The solution adopted for the swimming pool
vessel is based on sprayed concrete, with exterior walls made of concrete bricks 40x20x40cm.
All coverings are flat and non-passable. with different thermo acoustic layers and waterproofing.
FACADES / FRONTAGES:
All vertical and horizontal walls will be coated with a mono layer waterproof mortar and painted
in matt white with exterior paint.
PVC (Deceuninck) or Aluminum (Technal), lacquered in graphite gray and thermal break profiles,
