Located in the National Park near the village of Jesus pobre. This villa is full of character and charm being constructed with the main villa then a separate garage and studio apartment. The villa is accessed via the open naya leading to a large L-shaped living dining room. The kitchen is behind the dining room and this leads to a large terrace ideal for external dining with a BBQ. The two bedrooms are to the left of the dining room one with ensuite and a utility/storage area, which could easily be used to further increase the ensuite. The 2nd bedroom with A/C accesses the other bathroom. All rooms are a good size. The garage and studio apartment are approached from the naya. The studio is two floors and is very atmospheric. The land is spanish style and very verdant. This is a rustic plot, therefore it will not be possible to gain permission to install a pool.The villa enjoys lovely views back to the Montgo and the National Park.
